So sorry for your loss
I was deeply saddened to hear that Walt had passed on to be with the Lord on Tuesday. I have very fond memories of the entire Roberts family as you were our next door neighbors on Hickory Drive from 1972 when my folks moved next door to you until you moved over a few streets to Hillside. As an only child it was a blessing to have a family of 6 kids right next door and 3 boys across the street. I remember as a kid being greeted by Walt, he seemed larger than life to me with a bright smile, a gleam in his eye and that deep voice of his with a friendly southern accent “hey pardner, how you doin today?”. My family was very blessed to be surrounded by great, family oriented neighbors who became like family to me. While years have passed since I’ve last seen Walt, I’ll never forget him or his friendly, demeanor, he was a true gentleman. My sincerest condolences to the Roberts family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
My deepest condolences to the Roberts family. Sorry to hear the sad news. I work with Wally and Steve and if he was anything like Wally and Steve, he was a great guy. Very sorry for your loss guys.
So sorry for the loss of Mr Roberts Sr. May the God of comfort grant you peace at this sad time. ( Isaiah 25:8) Says that God will swallow up death forever.
