Lori A. Ludtke, 43 of Huntley, died suddenly on October 14, 2018 at Centegra Hospital.
Visitation will be on Saturday October 27, 2018 from 1-5pm with a service at 4:30 pm at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family of Lori A. Ludtke.
Lori was born December 24, 1974 the daughter of Wayne and Susan Ludtke. She worked at various jobs from running her own cleaning business to being an advocate for others. Her life was her children, who she tirelessly fought for her entire life, family and her dogs. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and wife who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her mother, Susan Ludtke, her children, Mitchell, Jerrick and Kylah, by her husband, Carmen Petrucci and brothers, Wayne (Dawn) Ludtke and Dennis (Nicole) Ludtke and by her beloved dog, Cerberus. By her nieces and nephews, Lisa, Wayne the III, Tyler, Josh, Brittany, Garrett, and Nathan. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne, maternal grandparents, Frank and Mildred Pokuta, and Paternal grandparents, Walter and Josephine.

I can't remember a time that I didn't know Lori. We lived across the street from each other on Springfield and went to St. Hyacinth together. I had not seen her in many years but we had reconnected over facebook. Her love for her family was evident in all she did and said. I am saddened by her passing and will miss her tell it like it is attitude. My deepest condolences to all of you in your time of grief.
