We all have so many wonderful memories of our time spent with Marylen over so many years to help us during this painful time. She so loved her brothers and their families and was so thankful for the weekly visits from everyone. She was just as loving to her friends, and she will always be in our hearts and prayers.

My girls and I always felt Aunt Marylens love ❤️ whenever we visited from Michigan. At all the family parties, she was the “life of the party!” She doted on all of the nieces and nephews as if they were her own children. She spared no expense on making sure all of the kids were happy, healthy and loved. She was a beautiful and compassionate woman who will be missed by so many.

Love never dies! Marylen will always be my best friend and the best Godmother Vicky could have! It was a glorious day when we met in college and since then she was like my sister from another mother. We laughed, cried, had adventures and shared secrets. Her laugh, smile, wise advise and love will always be with us. We were allowed to be a part of your family and she and your family part our ours! Our hearts are broken as we know yours are too to have lost such a special person but she lives on in all of us ! Mar until we meet again with our parents and loved ones keep a spot open for me up there until we see each other again! Love forever ❤️❤️❤️???????????????????????? My bff forever!

Hi, Mar! I've known you all your life as you were the pride of Auntie Lee and Uncle Wally! You were also wise beyond your young years, going grocery shopping at 9 or 10. Your Mom sent you to our house to comfort us when my Mom died in 1965 and I remember we went to New York together. But,most recently, in the past few decades, I remember calling you from Florida 3-4 times a week and always visiting you when we were there. You were always non-judgemental, but gave advice when you thought it prudent. You were so much more than a cousin, though we had many laughs recalling our younger days when we always had three family picnics a year! You were a friend no one could compete with; I loved you, I trusted you. I could tell you anything. Since you've been gone I cannot call you at home, at the hospital, at the rehab center. Still I find myself, each day, wanting to pick up the phone and talk with you. Now I know you are with so many angels, your Mom and Dad, all your precious doggies, my Mom and Dad, my brother, John Jr., who always loved you, and with so many others who have gone before you. I love you, Mar, and I'll always think of and pray for you, that you will welcome all the rest of us into eternal happiness.????
