Our family bought the building on Montrose from Mr. Westerberg back in about 1986 and we are still enjoying it, especially our mom who is 85 yrs.old; also living in it. Wish he could have seen it years after he sold it. We remember him fondly as a kind man to all and especially the elderly; he knew we all would get to that age soon. From what we have seen, his children had so many wonderful memories here too. Living to the age of 91 yrs. old was a true blessing for him and all his loved ones. With our deepest condolences, respectfully Maria L., Diana & Elena Caloca from Chicago, Ill. 60641
