We send all our love to john’s family. He was a very lovely man with a great sense of humor. My husband and I both enjoyed his company very much. He was very lucky to have such devoted children especially his daughter Mary. I admired the amount of time and energy she devoted to her father. The constant dinners and invites and her concern for his care and his health. I really believe the last two years of his life were a gift because of all the love and attention she gave him. He was a very dear man and will be missed.

For those of you that cared and loved my Uncle John, especially his children and grandchildren, I am so very sorry for your loss. My uncle was the funniest and smartest man that I knew. He was still joking around last weekend when we were FaceTiming since we were out of town and couldn't be there. He was so much more than just an electrical engineer, golfer and bridge player. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather and uncle. I would repeat some of his jokes but most were inappropriate LOL. Thanks so much for Mary taking care of and providing for my Uncle John. You are a strong person and loving daughter. And thank you Erik for coming home and spending his last days with him. He is missed terribly and loved. He is now with my dad, Uncle Bob,...maybe they are fishing.
