To say that Bud was a big part of my life would be an understatement. I met him when I was a child of 6...the Helspers were our neighbors in Wooddale. We all played together in the prairie during hard times. Later, he married my sister...and still later, I married his brother, Bill. The couples lived next door to each other for almost 30 years in Schaumburg...seeing each other daily. Our children grew up together in a family that lived on the same corner in the "Ellis-Helsper Subdivision...we shared every celebration and every sorrow. A wonderful memory of a good guy!

Bud and Jean were a wonderful couple who truly enjoyed life. I can still hear both of them when they laughed -- especially when we were at our places in "Little Schaumburg" up in Wisconsin. My life was blessed to have known all of the Helsper clan. God Bless and my prayers are with you. Bud had a wonderful and full life...
