B. Jean Geister, 75 of Huntley, died peacefully, December 18, 2019 with her husband by her side.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 27, 2019 from 10:00am until the 11:00am Mass all at St. Mary Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Jean was born January 22, 1944 in Gary, Indiana the daughter of Edward and Leda Schield. On September 23, 1977 she married Frank Geister.
She is survived by her husband, Frank and daughter, Amy (Brian) Johnson and by her grandchildren, Noah and Cortney.

Thank you Jean for your valuable contributions to the Life Long Learning Committee at Sun City Huntley's Lifestyles Department. You were sorely missed when you retired from the committee. Rest in peace, dear lady.
Frank, I am so sorry about the passing of Jean. I will miss her and her incredible wealth of knowledge. Jean was one of the first people to introduce me to Catholicism. We would stand outside our homes and discuss Catholic Bible studies that she thought i might be interested in. Frank, Jean was incredibly blessed, as you were to have each other for many years.
