Uncle Gene was the best! I was a flower girl at his wedding. He was beloved by all of us Devaney nieces and nephews. He came to our home one Christmas dressed as Santa. Who knew?! That Santa had a thick brogue! Love to Mary Jo, Ann and Jean
It’s a sad time for the Doherty Family, deepest sympathy and condolences to you all RIP Uncle Eugene.
Jean, Mary and Anne, My deepest condolences to you and your entire family. I met your Dad thirteen years ago at Dunkin Donuts. Over the years, he and I spent many hours having conversations (some heated - LOL) while drinking our coffee. We discussed everything under the sun. Never a day would go by that he didn’t ask me to check how the stock market was doing. I even had Oracle bookmarked because he always asked about it. These last few weeks have been bittersweet, but I am thankful to have had the opportunity to see him at Dunkin and talk to him on the phone. Irish, my buddy, too-da-loo, until we meet again.
We were part of the Dunkin group! What a wonderful time we all had! Irish was a joy in our many discussions in solving the world's problems! Our condolences to his family.
Condolences to all on your loss. May your dad R.I.P. .... he was such a lovely man!
