Thomas S. Kendrick, 74, of Huntley, IL, formerly Michigan City, IN, died peacefully in his home on April 25, 2020.
Thomas was born in Chicago on August 17, 1945, to parents Robert and Myrtle (nee Cogan) Kendrick.
Thomas recently celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary to his wife Diane. He loved to travel to the beach with his family, and enjoyed tracking down the best breakfast place while on vacation. His true passion was collecting classic cars, and he could often be found at a car show admiring his favorite models.
Thomas is survived by his wife Diane (nee Falbo) Kendrick, his children Lynn (Richard) Hansler, Danny (Freyja) Kendrick, Ernie (Carrie) Slad, and Aaron (Jennifer) Slad, his grandchildren Anthony, Alexandria, Morgan, Owen, Logan, and Caden, his siblings Robert (Sylvia) Kendrick, and Jill (Brian) Puppilo, and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his dear granddaughter, Alyssa.
A private family funeral will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020.
