Here are some of the final instructions Nick and Rhaven would like everyone to adhere to tomorrow. Due to the Covid we are restricted and have to monitor who can be in the funeral home and cemetery The family will be at DeFiore Funeral Home by 8:30 Visitation begins at 9:00. At that time we will be limited to only 20 people at a time in the funeral home everyone else will have to wait outside in the parking lot or their cars. You must maintain social distancing and wear masks while out of the cars. Note due to the mandate both the funeral home and the cemetary are being watched to make sure we all comply. Due to the size of the family there will be 10 immediate family members inside for basically the entire time, which will leave 10 space for others to come in and pay respects, the home will let people in small groups at a time as others leave to maintain the required count of 20 people at all times. https://www.facebook.com/defiorejorgensen/?ref=br_rs
Family and close friends are welcome to come to the farm where my sister Mary and her Husband Lonnie, and Uncle Bill will be to welcome guests who want to stay for the service to watch on the video if they want, or if anyone needs to take a break for a while with the kids or anything they can come to the farm. It is only 10 minutes away. Basically family and close friends are welcome, rule of thumb if they've been there before they are welcome. If not please don't give out the address. Anyway there will be food and drinks there and of course the bathroom. At 11 we hope to be able to have the Facebook live video feed of the service on the TV at the house so people can view it, I'm still not sure how. I'm thinking they will post a link on the funeral home site to enter into the service.
Cemetery: After the service there will be a procession to the cemetery people may join, or if they would prefer they can go to the farm. Again as ;you know only 10 people can be gathered at one time. All are welcome to follow us to the cemetery however only specific people will be able to walk up to the grave site. Those people will have to park along the side of the road and wait in their cars until a group of about 5 can join Nick and Rhaven there. Everyone else can drive by the site to pay their respects and see where she will be if they want to return later. Afterward you can go home, or go to the farm and wait until we can return.

Emma was born May 23, 2004 in Woodstock, Illinois the daughter of Nicholas O’Connor and Rhaven Hall. She was currently a sophomore at Harvard High School. Emma had a huge heart and a beautiful smile. She loved to sing, draw and loved to read. She loved spending time with her brother and looked forward to his hugs. She had a love for animals and was a fiercely loyal friend. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents, Nicholas O’Connor and Rhaven Hall, by her brothers, Nick Jr., Izaiah, Elijah, Israel, by her grandparents, Ray and Elaine O’Connor, Sharon Lechuga and Arnold Lechuga. By her uncles, Raymond and Alonzo, and aunt, Bryana and Bianca and many cousins and extended family.

Emma was one of the most accepting, loving, and caring people I knew. She always would check in with her friends to make sure they were okay. I remember all the fun times we had during middle school, and how at my 12th birthday we sang random songs and had one of the best times of our lives. Musical rehearsals this year were so much fun with her. She was an extremely talented artist and singer. She always pushed me to be the best I could be and face my fears. I was honored to be Emma’s math teacher her freshman year. She always strove to do her best and was truly gifted. Emma was also in my homeroom - she chose a seat right next to my desk and always made sure to strike up a conversation. She made sketches for me that I still have at my desk. I was privileged to accompany Emma singing last year and I was so proud of her dedication and spirit. She sang with such feeling and emotion.
