Michael R. Gaudry, 72, of Carpentersville, formerly Maywood, died peacefully at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington on June 6, 2020.
Michael was born on June 7, 1947 to parents Raymond and Elizabeth (nee Mittl) Gaudry. He was a proud graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and worked as an electronics engineer with Northrop and an engineer with Motorola. Michael enjoyed cross country skiing, working out and staying physically fit. He enjoyed creating software programs and was a big fan of Star Trek, especially the character Spock.
Michael is survived by his brother Terrance Gaudry.
A private family memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 followed by inurnment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
