Nancy For the short time I knew Robert, he was delightful and full of life, His stories were a pleasure to listen to, and I know he truly loved his family. May God comfort you in this time of sorrow. I know Robert is not suffering anymore, because he is with God and looking down on us.

I will never stop missing him. He was life itself. He was complicated, he was beautiful, he was full of light and constant brilliance. He was my uncle. He was my friend. No one will ever fill a room the way he did. There will never be anyone quite like him. I’m so lucky to have known him.

Nancy I am SO SORRY to hear of Robert's passing. I remember when I stopped him at the Scandinavian Picnic because he had a Baxter tee shirt on. When I found out who he was married to, we both got a shock! It was so much fun chatting with you both that day! Know that you and the entire family are in my heart and prayers.

I was 19 when I met Robert. In fact I introduced him to Nancy. I warned her that he might not be her type...boy was I wrong. He used to kid me and say I was his favorite person because I introduced him to Nancy. I always loved his quick sense of humor and his laugh. He will be missed!

Our hearts are saddened by the loss of our dear Robert. I met Robert about forty years ago when Nancy Lynn and I had a girls outting and Robert showed up on his boat, trying to win Nancy's heart back again. He was tall, good lucking, charming, funnny and could tell you anything about history, trivia or whatever else you wanted to know. But most of all Nancy's girlfireinds always knew that she was the love of his life. Nancy I cannot even imagine the emptiness you are feeling right now but what I do know is that Robert will always be by your side watching over you and protecting you. Love, Sandie and Gene
