Clement L. Mazzolini, 88 of Huntley, died peacefully surrounded by his family on August 11, 2020
Clement was born July 17, 1932 in Chicago, and was married to his loving wife Lois for 67 years. He was a devoted husband, father, Papa and friend. He was a fireman for the Skokie Fire Department until his retirement in 1985. Being a fireman was his life and a huge part of who he was. Clem was a handyman and could fix anything. He enjoyed bowling, playing cards and going to the casino. He was also a loyal fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Cubs. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Lois, his children, Maureen Ebervein, Joseph, Barbara (James Morozink )and Eileen (Matthew Polishak), Proud Papa of, Andrew (Beth), Timothy (Lauren), Joseph, Brianne (Jeremy Fowler), Laura (fiancé Jimmy Targosz), Daniel, Matthew, Michael, Luke and Nathan. Great grand Papa of, Madison, Anna, Payton, William, Sadie and Emilia. Also survived by his siblings, Alice Barsotti, Lois Lunetto, Richard (Jean).
Clem was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Clement, his sisters, Emily Foley, Agatha Dunn and by his brother, Arthur.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 4-8pm at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army.
