I’m very sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. He was a wonderful man. He was very kind, always working on his beautiful yard and never too busy to lend a hand. He always helped when the snow came and his neighbors could count on him to help them remove that snow. I have a great deal of respect for him, he was grounded in his faith and family. God Bless you, Joe and Carol. Jim Myers
Such sad news. He was a great friend to all of us at Hughes Creek GC. So friendly and always a smile. He and John even came to my rescue one night and searched the building while the alarm was going off. Sending much love to you Carol ❤️

Joe was a good man. He will be missed. The world would be a better place with more people like Joe in it.
Our thoughts and prayers continue for Carole and family. Even though this is a sad time, we’ll always keep our special memories of my brother close in our hearts. We won’t think of Joe as gone away, but instead his journey has just begun. We’ll miss him a lot, but when we recall our memories of the special guy he was and how he touched our lives, with his easy going and fun loving personality, then our spirits will lift. Tears will be replaced with smiles and spiritual bonds will hold us together forever as our faith promises and reassures us that we will see Joe again!
It is hard to believe that Joe has passed on from this life. He was such a friendly and generous soul who gave us such fond memories of laughing on the back patio and around the campfires. It was inspiring to witness how much he loved his family. We will never forget you, Joe. Much love and comfort to the entire Palka family.

Joe was the guy who stepped up, straightforward but with a sense of humor. We appreciated him as a boss and as a friend. He is forever in our hearts
Sadden to hear of Joe’s passing , condolences to his family, Joe was a great supervisor and he would occasionally take a run to get “sliders “ for us at work. When One year there was an airplane crash near our work, he was the first to get to it! Wayne Mackey and him enjoyed many times together.
Carol we had no idea joe was sick- he was a good friend and great guy and my heart goes out to you
