I worked with Art at the FAA Regional Office in Des Plaines. He loved his job as an Airspace Specialist and we were always happy to work with him because of his airspace knowledge and pleasant ways. I send condolences to his wife and family. I am sorry that health regulations will not allow me to do this in person.
