Gail Marie Geary, 64, of Huntley, formerly of Glen Ellyn, died peacefully in her home on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Gail was born in Chicago on April 16, 1956 to parents James and Marcella (nee Sloma) Geary. She was an easy going, sweet friend who never turned down a game of Bingo or a trip to the casino. She was a caring woman who loved animals, and she spent many years caring for her mother. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Gail is survived by her mother, Marcella Geary, her brother, James (Jo) Geary, Jr., her aunt, Janet Peters, and many dear cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Geary, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley from 9 a.m. to time of Mass 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Burial at Huntley Cemetery to follow.

I worked with Gail at Northrop and she was such a great person to work with. I will miss her and I’m so thankful for all the times she helped me. A truly kind person. Rest In Peace.
