He was preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers, John and Donald, his son, Michael, and his beloved wife of 62 years, Carol.
Born in 1927, in Fullerton, CA, Guy moved to Saint Louis, MO at the age of nine. Guy worked in marketing in Chicago for more than three decades, sharing his talents with Encyclopedia Britannica, The American Library Association, and the Montgomery Ward Signature Group.
Along with his wife, Carol, he raised four children, traveled widely, and formed a wealth of lifelong friendships through involvement with many church and community theater groups. Guy acted in dozens of community theater productions through Masque & Staff and Saint Raymond’s Jubilee Players. His retirement years were packed with acting and voiceover work for TV, radio and industrial videos, more theater productions at the Woodstock Opera House, winters in Arizona, volunteering with the Senior Care Network, lectoring at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, playing golf, and enjoying his six grandchildren.
Throughout his full and rich life, Guy was known for his sophisticated charm and wit, and for the enduring grit and grace with which he faced and overcame challenges. A cherished father, grandfather, uncle and friend, he will be deeply missed by all.

I met Guy through theater st the Woodstock Opera House. And through him I met his wife, Carol. They were a great couple. Guy was a talent and genuinely nice man. RIP
Great Guy ! ! Wonderful actor on the stage at Woodstock.
I'm the widow of one of the Wilde Bunch and wanted to represent him at the Service as well as myself. Besides their MCC activites, and breakfast meetings they also were golf buddies when they could get together. I especially remember sitting in a garden in Woodstock with him when he had been encouraged to display one of his Paintings at an Art Show. It was a beautiful day with sunshine , flowers, art, music and warm conversation. What a interesting wonderful man. Unfortunately my ride forgot to pick me up. Things like that happen at our age. My thoughts and prayers were with you and are now.
