Renata Tellez, 78, of Pingree Grove, died on February 23, 2021.
Renata was born on October 29, 1942 in Germany to parents Andrew and Marta Rogalski. Renata married Oscar (Uncle Tony) Tellez on July 8, 1967 in Chicago. She loved her family and was always willing to help them when they needed her. She was passionate and caring and loved to spend time dancing, traveling, shopping, and going to the movies. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Renata is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Oscar (Uncle Tony) Tellez, her children, Gina (Peggy) Hoffmann, and Bryan (Krystal Chapman) Tellez, her grandchildren, Gabi, Beliczia, and Victoria, her siblings, Donna (Joe) D’Amato, Martha Cooper, and Josephine (Gregory) Delgado, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. Mass will be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
