Michael T. Wozniak, 60 of Woodstock, died peacefully at his home on February 26, 2021.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 2-4pm with a service being held at 4pm all at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Michael was born June 7, 1960 in Chicago, the son of Thomas and Arlene Wozniak. He worked for UPS as a package handler. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He was a lover of John Wayne movies, listening to Led Zeppelin and all Chicago sports except the White Soxs.
He is survived by his mother, Arlene, his children, Christine Wozniak (Bryan Nipps), and Tommy Wozniak and by his grandson, Johnny. He his also survived by his sister, Linda (Steve) Ramirez, and by his caring wife, Sheri Stover. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and by his dog Remi, and granddogs, Porter, and Carmen. And by champ Amanda Ginski.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Wozniak.

To my son Mike with the beautiful blue eyes, my heart is broken. Parents are supposed to go before their children, but you were tired and God called you to be with Dad. Always in my thoughts and prayers, and forever in my heart. Going to miss all the good times and laughs we shared. Love Mom

He was a wonderful man who will be sorely missed, although we will forever remember Mike's smile, his laughter, (and his jokes!) in our hearts.
