Loretta G. Pisowicz, 95 of Huntley, died peacefully on May 14, 2021 with her daughter by her side.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:00pm on Monday, May 17, 2021 at St. Mary Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be at Huntley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Boys Town.
Loretta was born January 20, 1926 in Chicago, the daughter of Adam and Mary Pasternak. She was an avid reader; she loved her shopping adventures and was known to have a sweet tooth. Loretta was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Joanne (Thomas) Warchol, Joe (Diane) Pisowicz, Karen (Jim) Garvos and Donna (Art) Hughes, by her 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph D. Pisowicz and by her brothers, Abe, Mike and sisters, Ginny, and Vera.

The best grandma who loved us and loved our son. She always had a smile when she spent time with him. We will miss you, but are happy at all the wonderful memories we have to look back on with you.
Heartbroken but grateful to have such a wonderful grandma. I feel so lucky to have many fun and sweet memories with her. You will live forever in our hearts.
