Dear family of Debbie We want to express our sincere condolences and prayers for all of you. We were all blessed to have her in our lives even for a too short of time. We knew her through Dr Polse’s office and her visits to Arizona where we live. She always had a smile a good laugh. We were looking forward to her next visit to Maricopa to have dinner and cocktails. Our hearts are broken. Mike and Karen Leitner,Maricopa Az

Sorry I could not attend the funeral. I first met Debbie some 40 years ago when I became a patient of Dr. Polse. They both became close, personal friends. I now will cherish her memory until by God's grace we meet again in a better world. Rest in Peace my friend, rest in peace.

Debbie always brightened the office with her chatter and voice. She made any waiting time to by fast as she interacted with everyone with her conversations. I know she will be sorely missed.

We are so sad to hear about Debbie’s passing. We thought of her as a friend from going to Dr. Polse for so many years. We were in the office less than 2 weeks ago and loved catching up with her. She will be missed by the many people who’s lives she touched. Keeping her whole family in our prayers.

Hundreds of people met her over her many years at at Al's office. What a sweet greeting everyone received the minute we walked in. After knowing Debbie for over 40 years, I can truly say she was always warm and welcoming. When I lost my husband, Bob, she helped me heal with her kind words.

Dear Deb’s family. I was stunned to learn of her death today. My sincere condolences to all of you. My girls and I feel like we have lost a family member as well. Deb was part of our Dr. Polse family for many many years. I can’t imagine that office without her. Take care of each other. God bless.
