Obituary

Joyce Dickson Tomberlin, 81, of Huntley, formerly of Crystal Lake, died peacefully on October 4, 2021.
Joyce was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on January 13, 1940, to parents Howard and Regina (nee Shores) Dickson.
She married Traver Hall Tomberlin on July 2, 1960, in Chicago.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Colleen) Tomberlin, and John Tomberlin, and her grandchildren, Mick, Matthew, Mary, Erin, and Sonya.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Traver Tomberlin, and her brother, Richard (Lillian) Dickson.
Visitation will be Friday, October 8, 2021, from 9 a.m. to time of memorial mass 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
