Ernesto Plutarco Tafur, 75, of Chicago, died peacefully on November 3, 2021.
Ernesto is survived by his wife, Mariana Tafur, his children, Ernesto (Patty) Tafur, Jr., Henry (Mirlande) Tafur, Paul (Paola) Tafur, and David (Gaby) Tafur, his grandchildren, Rudy, Athena (Tristan), Johan (Ceci), Ashley, Tiffany, Drew, Jocelyn, Estela, Mijael, and Marcelo, his great-grandchildren, Salina, Analise, Grayson, and baby Benito on the way, and his brother, Marcelo (Yolanda) Salas.
Visitation for Ernesto will be Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 5 p.m. to time of Memorial Service 7 p.m. at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
