He was born July 22, 1960, the son of Frank Licitra and Lillian (Skembare) Licitra. Frank married Ellyn Trush on July 25, 2003 and his favorite responsibility was protecting Ellyn. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin, friend, and neighbor who will be missed by all who knew him. He was a dedicated worker and customer success manager. He had a wicked and joyful sense of humor, enjoyed cooking, singing, boating, and gardening, and was a true lover of cats. So sorry for your loss, Frank was a good friend and coworker when we were at Panasonic together. His dry/wry humor was a true gift. Miss you Frank. Rest in Peace

So sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in Frank’s obituary was his love of country. He was a real patriot and his love for God, Country, and Family was always evident. You will be missed. R.I.P. Frank

Uncle Frankie will be missed by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. He was always the funniest uncle at Christmas and any family party. His laugh and gentle heart will be missed greatly. Love you uncle Frankie.

Ellyn, Sam and Anna We are very sorry for your loss, in fact my heart breaks for you. Frank was a cousin, a good friend, and a godfather to my son. Over the years as our careers were starting out we would often meet up on our many travels for work. I was talking to the kids over the holidays, and they told lore that Frank was a superman like character in the pool and could throw them for hours at a time up and out of the water and never get tired (yes they were probably 4 and 6 at the time). While we didn’t call each other like we used to, we always could pick up where we left off and those calls would last 45 minutes. I know there is nothing we can say to ease the pain so we will ask that you can accept our sympathies, we have lost a good friend who I still call Frankie. Richard, Debby, Matt and Kayla McArdle

I'm so sorry that we lost him so young. I believe he's with all his family that passed before him. I'll see you later Frank.
