Harry E. Wilson, 87, of Huntley, died peacefully, January 1, 2022, with his wife by his side.
Harry was born February 7, 1934, the son of Harry and Amanda Wilson. He served in the United States Air Force. He worked in the computer industry both as a manager and programmer until his retirement. He enjoyed playing and watching sports and was an avid Cubs fan.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Wilson, his children, Craig (Julie) Wilson, Charles (Julie Schwartz) Wilson, Roberta Wilson, and Scott (Becky) Wilson and by his 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022, from 9am-11am with a service at 11:00am all at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be in Irving Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association .
