John Charles Wieder age 60 of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away on February 5, 2022. He was born September 12, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois. Loving son of Charles and Lillian (nee Lambrigtsen) Wieder.
Loving husband of Patricia (nee Spyrison). Cherished Dog Dad of Jake, Buddy and Rio. Loving son-in-law of Bill and Judy Spyrison. Loving brother of Dale (Ed) Kewitz, Kim Evans, Jessica (Howard) Atlas, Wendy (Rory) Hooczko. Dear Brother-in-law of Bill Spyrison and Cindy Spyrison. Cherished Uncle of Chuck (Lauren) Freeborn, Ben Evans, Rachel (Zachary) Hillmann, Logan Hooczko, Sarah, Taylor and Sam (Atlas) David, Matthew and Sam (Spyrison) Jessica Souza and Jackie Villarreal. Treasured Great Uncle of Charlie Ann Hillmann. Cherished Nephew of Daniel Simonson and loved by many cousins and friends.
He was preceeded in death by his Father Charles G. Wieder.
John, as his father did, gifted his body to science.
There will be a joint celebration of life honoring both John and his mother, Lillian Wieder (who died on February 16, 2022) on March 26, 2022, from 1-5pm at the Golf Club of Illinois 1575 Edgewood Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102
