I was so sad to hear of the passing of Don. Don was one of my most favorite regulars at Brunch Cafe. I always enjoyed taking care of his breakfast and lunch groups coming in, as well as his family. He always requested to sit with me, which made me feel so loved. Don was a sweetheart, very kind-hearted, and generous. He had a fantastic memory, always asking about my husband and his job, my dog, and my young daughter. Don will be missed. All of my love, thoughts, and prayers to the family.

We enjoyed many years together playing golf and going on weekend trips. Don and I started the Early Birds some 20 some years ago and met a lot of the guys we still play golf with after all those years. He will be missed. Our deepest sympathies go out to all his family through these sad times. We, unfortunately could not attend due to medical problems earlier that day.

I had the privilege to know and become friends with Don and Mary 20 years ago. He recruited me to replace him as golf club president. We became close friends and golfing buddies and remained close even after I moved away in 2017. I spoke to him in February. He will always be a part of my life. May he Rest In Peace. My condolences to his family.
