Richard D. Tucker, 58, of Crystal Lake, died peacefully, March 7, 2022, with his family by his side.
Richard was born August 11,1963 the son of Jack and Bonita Tucker. On March 14, 1983, he married his high school sweetheart, Ginger Dazzo. He was an exceptionally talented trim carpenter and took a lot of pride in his work.
At a young age he picked up a guitar and taught himself how to play, a talent he loved to the end, Eddie Van Halen was his idol. He was an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and Chicago Cubs fan. His greatest joy was time with Ginger, Erica, Jessica and of course Sophia and Amelia. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, and son who will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Ginger Tucker, daughters, Erica M. (Jason) Markel and Jessica L. Tucker, his granddaughters, Sophia, and Amelia, by his father, Jack (Nancy) Tucker, his brothers, Mark (Kim) Tucker, and Craig (Stephanie) Tucker and by his nephews, Bryce, Chance, Nolan and Zachary. And Bryce kids are Lydia and Keifer.
Rick was preceded in death by his mother.
