We were so sorry to hear about your loss. Please accept our deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Please accept our deepest sympathy to you and your beautiful family. I was pregnant 46 yrs ago and had a flat tire at Randhurst Shopping Ctr, Mt. Prospect, It was Officer Sherman who came to my rescue and changed my tire, I didn't know him personally then. A few years later we met Sherman through my brother, Carl, and became friends. Sherman had a great sense of humor, was fun loving and a beautiful smile. Rest In Peace, Sherman. God's blessings.
The Kulpaka family are sending your wonderful family our heartfelt condolences on the loss of an amazing father/husband. We will continue sending our prayers for comfort in the days ahead.
The 1st time I met Sherm was at a TWA party that Karen was hosting at their Mt. Prospect home. I wondered who was this guy giving orders to his sons & waving his arms to get us ladies to park where he wanted. When walking by Sherm on the way to the house, I looked at him & saw him laughing with & winking at all the guests. Over the years I go to see that Sherm was Marine tough & a man’s man but never afraid to show love & kindness to all. A good man gone too soon...
Good bye old friend God Bless you. Rest in Peace

I had the pleasure of working for him as a bartender at VIP lounge for about 6 years. I also played 16 inch softball with him. I remember him as a great person who always had a smile. He will be missed.
