Patricia A. Kemblowski, 70, of Huntley, formerly of Algonquin, died on March 31, 2022.
Patricia was born in Chicago on June 27, 1951, to parents John and Helen (nee Skiba) Siemiaszko. She was happily married to Conrad Kemblowski until his death in 1998. Patricia loved to spend time bowling and golfing, and could often be found at the slot machines. She was a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers. Patricia was a genuine, loving, and supportive mother and friend. She was optimistic and joyful, and she encouraged everyone to always look on the bright side of life. Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Patricia is survived by her children, Marcus Kemblowski, John (Raquel) Kemblowski, Matt (Julie) Kemblowski, Luke Kemblowski, Stacy (David) Smith, and Tammy (Kory) Winchester, her grandchildren, Isabella, Maggie, Nathan, Bentley, Kate, Brooke, Nora, Bailey, and Toby, and her siblings, Judy Healy, and Hal (Diane) Siemiaszko.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Kemblowski, and her brother, Bob Siemiaszko.
Cremation was private at DeFiore Funeral Home.
