I had the pleasure of working CTA special employment with Joe in the mid-1990s before he became an E.T., and it was an enjoyable tour of duty. He was a good person, and I'm saddened to learn of his passing. I like to offer my condolences to the family and rejoice in the good news this Easter season brings.

I had the privilege of having Joe as my FTO. He drilled into my head to always now where you are at and this saved my life one day in 2005. Many prayers. God bless.

I worked with Joe in Town Hall back in the '70s. Joe was a hard working policeman and just a good guy. Condolences to the family. Rest in Peace.
