June A. Giuliano nee Brookes, 76 of Huntley, passed away at her home on June 28, 2022.
June was born June 2, 1946, in Ridgecrest California. June was the daughter of Joseph and Beverly Brookes (Leo John Baran). She was raised and educated in Melrose Park, IL graduating from Proviso West High School (Class of 1964). She was united in marriage to Vincent Giuliano on July 27, 1977, in Melrose Park. The couple made their home in Downers Grove and then West Chicago and in 2016 moved to Huntley. June especially enjoyed selling Avon for 28 years, reading books, buying Hallmark cards, shopping at Von Maur, enjoyed being a dog mom, and loved doing things with her “the girls”.
June is survived by her children, Steven (Robin) Giuliano, Timothy Giuliano, Michael (Shannon) Miller and Sondra Alice Hollis, her grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Jasmine, Amber, KJ, Alyssa, Giovanni, Jake, Isabela-Sophia, Madison and Jaydin, her great-grandchildren, Niklaus, Zymmerson, Giana and a soon to be great-grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Janet Ouellette and her brother, Joseph (Donna) Brookes, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Beverly, (Leo Baran) along with Joseph Brookes.
A memorial service will be held at SpringBrook Church in Huntley on July 2, 2022 at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in June’s name can be made to the Alzheimer Association of Chicago.
