Obituary

Edward C. Frazier, 86, of Huntley, died peacefully, September 19, 2022, at his home with his family by his side.
Edward was born in Antioch, IL on February 11, 1936, the son of Edward J. and Evelyn L. Frazier. On September 1, 1962, he married Judith A. Erling. Ed worked as an engineering assistant for ComEd for thirty-eight years. He was hard working and took great pride in his work. He was a behind the scenes kind of a guy, things would just get done. He was a Chicago Bull’s fan and in his earlier days coached basketball. Ed was kind, hardworking and always a perfect gentleman. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Ed is survived by his wife of 60 years, Judith Frazier, children, Jeffrey (Lisa) Frazier, Deborah (Bill) Dahlgren and by his grandchildren, Meghan (Dominic) Cannon and Emily Frazier, also by his sisters, Elizabeth Stramaglia and Kathleen (William) Hamman. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his sister, Carol (Sonny) DeSalvo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September, 24, 2022 from 10am until 1pm at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley, with service to follow. Burial will be at Huntley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hope Covenant Church in Crystal Lake, Illinois – www.hopechurchcares.com

My big Brother hope you are outside walking and running and smelling the air, enjoying the sun, wind and rain. Until we meet again, always remember me and I will never forget you..
