Thomas "Tom" Benbenick, 94 died peacefully.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 9-10am with a Mass being celebrated at 10:00am, both visitation and Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church. 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, Illinois
