Leonard E. Hochmuth, formerly of Mt. Prospect, died peacefully on October 7, 2022 at the age of 74.
Leonard was born to Edward and Jane Hochmuth on March 18, 1948. After earning his MBA and becoming a registered CPA, he worked alongside his father to create & operate Leonard’s Mens & Boys Clothing store – a fixture in the Northbrook community for nearly 50 years. Away from his work, Len loved to spend time with friends and family – especially on the golf course or in the north woods of Wisconsin. He was very proud of his three sons and their children - a loving father, grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
Len is survived by his three boys, Matt (Sue) Hochmuth, Brett (Kristin) Hochmuth and Todd (Haley) Hochmuth. Proud grandpa to Shane, Grant, Collin, Molly, Maya, Harper, and Grace. He was preceded in death by his parents.

I'm sorry to hear this, had a lot of fun times at your guys house when we were all so young. You'll be missed uncle Lenny. Matt, Brett, Todd, and everyone's familys, my heart goes out to you all.
Sending my sincerest condolences at this difficult time. I did not know Len personally but through knowing a couple of his boys and their families, I'm sure he was undoubtedly a good man. I am so sorry for your loss.
We are sad to learn of Leonards passing at such a young age. We had good times working at the store, playing tennis, trips to the Northwoods, playing Poker and going out to dinner.
