My deepest sympathies to the Melendy family. I have many fond memories of Mr. Melendy - the amazing railroad set up and all the aquariums - his love for both showed. He was always kind and welcoming to me during my many visits to the house in Fairview during high school and the Giappo years. May he rest in peace.
My condolences to all of the family. I remember Victor and his elaborate train collection in the basement in Park Ridge. My thoughts are with you.
Sorry for your loss
I am so sorry that your beloved father, grandfather, and family member passed away. It is a difficult loss when a parent passes away and your mother/grandmother will need your emotional support. Think about him every day as it will help to lessen the grief. Someone said this to me when my beloved father died and that person was so right as it did help to keep his memory alive and for me to reflect back on growing up with my father. I am truly sorry for all of you.
Our condolences to Joella, Matt, Nate, Trisha, and their families, his brothers, and all those who loved Victor. John and I were proud to be his friend for forty years, since our kids were in school together. We enjoyed living close to Joella and him these last years. We spent many nice times together and will miss him forever.
