Carl J. Cesarone, 95, a resident of Huntley and formerly of Elmhurst, passed away at home surrounded by family on Sunday, October 23, 2022. He was a beloved husband to Jacqueline, his wife of 67 years, and a loving father of John (Hazel Cristan) Cesarone, Judy O’Kelley, and Joseph (Jing) Cesarone. A doting grandfather to Kelsey, Christian, Sofia, Lucia, and Aria, Carl was also a proud uncle and great-uncle to a large and loving family and a loyal friend to many.
Carl was a retired engineer with a long and illustrious career in the aerospace industry. He was also a proud graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He was a gifted public speaker, a talented woodworker, and a world-class handyman around the house.
Visitation will be at 12 noon and the funeral Mass at 1pm on Friday, October 28, 2022 at St. Mary’s Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, Illinois 60142. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois immediately after services.

What a great long life! Our prayers are with the whole family. He will be missed.
Neighbors is not sufficient enough of a word to describe our friendship. Carl & Jackie lived right around the corner from us. We saw each other frequently and always stopped to chat. Those wonderful folks moved into DelWebb about the same time we did. Can't say enough about them. God Bless Carl & Jackie and continue to look over her, Amen
How fortunate we were to have such a wonderful neighbor and friend. We miss his smile and humor. He will always be remembered.
