Dear Mary, I am a caregiver for John May and he asked me to send you a note: I saw Ron in the obituaries and thought of our days in the military. We had quite the time and Ron had a great sense of humor. Remembering now I think of the day of our release. We grabbed our duffel bag and hitch hiked from Fort Sheridan to Woodstock. We eventually were picked up and given a ride by an army recruiter. Ron said "I think you picked up the wrong 2 guys" Ron will be deeply missed. May God bless you richly Mary and your family. Sincerely, John and Nancy May 3113 Raycraft Rd. Woodstock, IL 60098 815 338-3242
