Anthony “Tony” Alexander Conforti, 60, of Huntley, died in his home on April 6, 2023.
Tony was born in Chicago on November 26, 1962, to parents Alexander and Margaret (nee Sheehy) Conforti. Tony’s big personality and friendly demeanor seldom went unnoticed. He was charming and down to earth, and he loved to help others. He was a big reader and a proud supporter of all his favorite Chicago teams: The Bears, The Bulls, and the Cubs. Tony was very family oriented and had a close group of friends from high school. He enjoyed camping and never turned down a sausage pizza with extra cheese. Tony will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Tony is survived by his sister, Lisa Conforti, his uncle, Dennis Conforti, his aunts, Debby (Chester) Rachel, Patricia Pinto, and Geri Tomasak, and his cousins, Krista Diff, Carol (Tony) Lonski, Michaelene (Paul) Bender, and Angie Millella.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, from 4 p.m. to time of memorial service 6 p.m. all at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Burial was private at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
