I am so sorry for your loss. She was one of the most accomplished and talented women I have known. As well, she was a beautiful person, inside and out. I hope that in time, you will find peace and treasure wonderful memories of Sue.

I am so saddened to learn of Sue's passing. She was a beacon of light in my life--always smiling, happy and positive. It was a privilege knowing her as her sewing student and friend. We spent time together at each other's house and, of course, at sewing classes. I have so many beautiful garments thanks to Sue that will forever remind me of her loving kindness. I was particularly close with Sue during her moves, helping her navigate the challenges, her drives to/from Northbrook and eventually her decision to move on. She handled everything with sincerity and spirit. All of these traits are those that I admire and will carry forward. She will be greatly missed. May her memory be a blessing.

Sue has been my sewing teacher for many years and had taught me many great things. I was very sad when I heard about her death as she was this beacon of light. I would always look forward to Monday afternoon sewing with Sue. Now, I am going into college majoring in Fashion because of the art that Sue had instilled in me at a young age. I would always be appreciative of her and everything that she thought me. I offer my deepest condolences to the family.
