Tom - I’ve known you for over 23 years. We were a family for a long time. Your kids are forever going to miss you and will never be the same. I cried today thinking of who is going to walk Gianna down the aisle- or see your son get married.. They say that the good die young and this is truly hitting home. We were friends through it all. We loved you and you would take the shirt off Your back to help anyone who needed it.. You never got to have Thomas first beer when he turns 21 in a few months … May God Hold you in his arms and may you be at peace for eternity. Please watch over your kids as they are going to need it. As I wrote this a bird flew right next to my head. It was you wasn’t it. Trying to scare me…. You knew I was afraid of birds. This was the closest a bird even got to me. Thank you for the reminder that you are still with us. We will Miss you forever - until we meet again - watch over all that have passed before you and make a special trip to make sure Mya, Lady girl and Max are around you. All our love.

I am one of Tom's many uncles. I always found it funny to have a nephew only 10 years my junior! I'd known him since he was a young teenager and shortly after, he'd began his career at Napa in Streamwood. Always helpful and kind. Such a shame, I too lost my Dad at the young age of 19. It's been a constant struggle as I've no doubt his kids will endure. My heart goes out to all that are grieving this loss and I pray for their strength. May he now walk with the Lord among all of his glory. We will meet once again.
