Kevin Victor Marlin Frihart, 54, of Marengo, died peacefully on July 24, 2023, in his home.
Kevin was born in Skokie on April 15, 1969, to parents Terry and Susan (nee Scully) Frihart.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Susan Frihart, his siblings, Tracy Frihart, and Dayna (Ryan) Syphers, and his nieces, Brittany Cass, Alyssa Cass, and Zoe Syphers.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Quinn Frihart.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 1 p.m. to time of memorial service 4 p.m. all at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kevin’s name can be made to the Animal House Shelter in Huntley.

Words can not express how sorry I was to hear of Kevin’s passing. Although I’ve only known him 8 years he was a great man with a wonderful personality. He was a great friend to my son Brandon and we will both miss him greatly. Prayers and peace for his family during this sad time.
