Carol A. Michalski, 76, of Huntley passed away on September 13, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to parent’s Ralph and La Verne (Costigan) Mayer. Carol married her soulmate John Michalski in 1968; she was a devoted wife for 55 years. She absolutely adored her family and was a compassionate mother to her children. Carol enjoyed knitting and crocheting and was a part of Willow Creek Stitchers and Homespun. Carol also enjoyed Christmas, music, and was a talented organist. Those who knew her will miss her dearly.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband John Michalski, her loving children Michael (Deborah) Michalski, Robert Michalski, and Mary Michalski and her grandchildren Ryan Michalski, Marc Michalski, and Christian Moreno.
Carol is proceeded in death by her parent’s Ralph and La Verne (Costigan) Mayer along with her son Marc.
A visitation will be held on September 16, 2023, at 9:00 am to time of service at 11:00 am at Defiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Rd, Huntley 60142.
