Anna Santoro, 90 of Sun City, Huntley, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Anna was born December 27, 1932, in Chicago, the daughter of Vito and Rose Gaudio. On October 17, 1953 she married Victor Santoro.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Hernandez of Franklin, Tennessee, her son, Jerome Santoro of Wadsworth, Illinois, her grandchildren, James (Patricia) and Brian Silvers, Drake Hernandez, Alana and Peter Santoro, her great-grandchildren, Koa, James, Lexi, Damian and Kane.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, October 6, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Private family entombment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove. We have known Ann since we moved in to Sun City in 1999. We could not have asked for better neighbors. Ann and Vic were wonderful. Sorry to see Ann pass but the memories that we have of them will live forever. Our prayers are with Ann and her family in this difficult time. Rest in peace Ann.

Jerry, Donna and family. My sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. My heart breaks. I loved your mother, she was a beautiful, sweet woman. I enjoyed her friendship and the times we spent together chatting, going for a bite to eat, or playing our favorite card game, Canasta, on Sunday evenings with my dad Joe and neighbor Cathy. Ann will be deeply missed.
