Dianne M. Hoff, 82, of Huntley, died peacefully with her family by her side on October 13, 2023.
Dianne was born December 1, 1940, the daughter of George and Helen Kryza. On October 27, 1962 she married Willis “Bill “Hoff. She worked as a bank teller and later for an insurance company. Dianne was very active at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and was president of the Woman’s Club and the Altar and rosary society. Dianne had a smile that could brighten any room. She and Bill enjoyed traveling and went on at least 30 cruises. Dianne was a loving wife, mother, grandma, GiGi and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Bill, her daughters, Kimberly (Derek) Holzmann, and Janice (Joseph) Santos by her four grandchildren, Nicole, Devin, David and Caroline and great granddaughter, Riley. Dianne was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Donald Kryza.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 9:00am until the time of the 10am Mass all at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. The burial will be private.

There wasn’t a day Dianne wasn’t in my life. We lived close and she was my sister, guardian angel andcousin. Please accept our heartfelt prayers and wishes to her closest family. Dianne was a special strong friend and to know her was to love her. She always made everyone feel cared for and loved. No one can replace her and I am deeply saddened by her loss.

My sincere condolences to the family that I know Dianne loved so dearly. I’ve been friends with Dianne since kindergarten. We have kept this friendship alive for 75 years. My heart is heavy with her loss.
