Alice J. Cornwall, 88, of Lake in the Hills, died peacefully with family by her side on November 7, 2023.
Alice was born May 29, 1935, the daughter of Frank and Genevieve Wojcik. On January 30, 1954, she married John Cornwall, the love of her life. She worked for Schaumburg School District 54 in accounts payable for many years. Alice adored her grandsons and loved spending time with them. Alice had a huge impact on her grandsons and the men they are today. She and her husband enjoyed traveling and gambling at the casinos. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Ron) Murray and John Cornwall III, her grandson Connor; her sister, Barbara (Bob) Seputis; and many loving nieces and nephews. Proceed in death by her parents, husband, and her grandson, Kyle.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 10:00 a.m. Mass all at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
