Bernadette A. Krzywdzinski (nee Antczak) died on December 21, 2023 at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Anna and her sister, Therese Lombardo.
Bernadette is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jerry Krzywdzinski. She was a loving mother, to her 3 daughters, Karen (Greg) Reichle, Julie (Jim) Janesheski, and Laura Olson, grandmother to her 9 grandchildren, Kyle (Shelby), Kara, Ken (Ashley), Jenna (Paul), Troy, Matthew, John, Sam & Molly, and great grandmother to Brady and Roselle. She is also survived by her sister Florence Kaminski and many nieces and nephews.
Bernadette’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She led an active life in her retirement community and enjoyed walking, cooking, playing cards and many other activities.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 4-8 pm at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A second visitation will be held at St. Mary Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 9:00 am until the Mass which will be celebrated at 9:45 am. . Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington.

My deepest condolences to Mrs. K’s family. She was so kind, quick to laugh, smiled easily and genuinely. I hold warm memories of her, and hope that their own loving memories will be a source of comfort to all of her loved ones in the weeks, months, and years to come.
Gary and I are both deeply saddened by the loss of Bernie , we saw her over the years for many holiday's , birthdays, and events . I know that Laura and our grandchildren Sam and Molly as well as all her other children , grandchildren, and husband Jerry will miss her very much too. She will always be remembered in our thoughts and hearts.
