Sharon Lilla, 58, of Crystal Lake passed away peacefully, December 30, 2023.
Sharon was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 30, 1965, the daughter of Dennis and Carol (Tessman) Lilla. Sharon adored her family and was deeply grateful for them along with those she knew. She was very spiritual and a devoted animal activist. She loved her cats deeply. Sharon enjoyed listening to classical music, journaling, and writing poetry. Sheri was gifted at art, she loved painting, creating jewelry and multimedia art. Those who knew Sharon will miss her quirky personality dearly.
Sharon is survived by her beloved parents, Dennis and Carol Lilla, her son, Matthew Lilla, siblings, Susan Lilla, and Michael Lilla and by her grandchildren, Brandon, and Mia Lilla.
Both a visitation and Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Shpeherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church-10805 Main Street, Huntley, The visitation will be from 10am until the time of the service which will begin at 11am, a luncheon will follow also at the Church. IL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church or Huntley Animal House Shelter.
