Our thoughts and prayers are with the Beck family during this difficult time.
To Sandy's family: I am so sad to have read that she passed away. She, Mary Lesch, and I were good friends years ago. Sandy sponsored me into the Huntley Area Lions Club. She was an ardent member for a long time but then withdrew from the Club and many of her friends. I do feel guilty for not staying in touch with her as I liked her even when she was "prickly" and critical about something. She adored her cat, Callie.
I was fortunate to know Sandy through the library. She was an avid reader and we traded reading suggestions. She will be greatly missed. Sending condolences to her family and friends.
I am very sorry to hear of Sandy's passing, my sincere condolences. Thank you Robin and Kelly for notifying me. I worked with Sandy for many years until she retired. She was always fond of her cat, Toby back then, and crocheted and cross stitched at lunch. Sandy had a kind heart and adored her family. May she rest in peace. Prayers to Sandy, family and friends.
