Jared Thomas Morrison, a beloved son, brother and friend, departed from this world on March 11, 2024, at the tender age of 17. Born on May 16, 2006, Jared brought immense joy and warmth to the lives of all who knew him.
As a senior at Huntley High School, Jared's dedication to his studies was matched only by his passion for life. He worked diligently at Walmart, not just to earn money for college, but to contribute to his family and his dreams. His academic prowess shone brightly, with Jared consistently achieving straight A's, a testament to his determination and intellect.
Jared's kindness and compassion were evident to all who crossed his path. He radiated warmth and empathy, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. His love for his family knew no bounds, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
In his leisure time, Jared found joy in various pursuits. He was an avid sports enthusiast, finding delight in basketball, baseball, and golf. But perhaps his greatest pleasure came from the camaraderie of friendship, relishing the moments spent hanging out with his beloved friends.
Jared aspired to earn a degree in computer science, fueling his ambition to become a software engineer. His passion for technology and innovation illuminated his path, guiding him towards a future brimming with promise and possibility.
Jared leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, forever etched in the hearts of his parents, Thomas and Michelle Morrison, his cherished older sister Rachael, and his beloved twin sister Sarah. Though his time with us was brief, the impact he made will resonate for eternity.
